★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Los trabajadores son groseros y petulantes. Todavía no acababan los rezos y dijeron que se había acabado el tiempo y empezaron a desmontar los cirios y a quitar las fotos sobre la difunta sin importar que los dolientes estuvieran presentes. No tienen ética, consideración ni empatía con los dolientes. Luego dijeron que tenían que desalojar el lugar y sólo se quedarían tres dolientes para entregarles las cenizas.
En otros servicios, se pide , que haya un testigo para ver el proceso de cremación y aquí no lo solicitaron.
Ojalá nadie tuviera que sufrir estos pésimos servicios y sobre todo en un momento tan doloroso.
Terrible service. The workers are rude and petulant. The prayers had not finished yet and they said that the time was up and they began to disassemble the candles and remove the photos of the deceased, regardless of whether the mourners were present. They have no ethics, consideration, or empathy for mourners. Then they said they had to vacate the place and only three mourners would stay to deliver the ashes.
In other services, it is requested that there be a witness to see the cremation process and here they did not request it.
I wish no one had to suffer these terrible services and especially at such a painful time.

Si puedo dar una recomendación para que sigan mejorando, seria orientar a sus usuarios, para evitaren tener sus autos multados y llevados por grúa, evitaren estacionar sus coches en la ciclovía que es exclusiva 24h. Es lo que dice el Reglamento de Tránsito en el Artículo 11 fracción B prohíbe estrictamente a los vehículos motorizados circular sobre vías ciclistas y señala que los infractores podrán recibirán multas de entre 1,792 pesos y 2,688 pesos, además de descontar de uno a tres puntos en la licencia. @NoPasaNadaCDMX
