Pero lo pésimo fue que a mi familiar difunto no le dieron el trato adecuado para su velación, no le hicieron el arreglo estético, lo depositaron en el ataúd con la desagradable bata del hospital y ni siquiera lo disimularon con las cortinas del ataúd, tenía la boca abierta y se veía el algodón del taponamiento en ningún momento dieron información precisa o coordinación para el cortejo rumbo al crematorio y la falta de comunicación es hasta entre ellos mismos, nos cobraban un faltante cuando ya se había liquidado y hasta facturado el servicio, muy mal!! . No será mi primera opción en alguna otra necesidad.
