They do not give importance to the appointments they make, they do not answer calls and ignore your messages. They do not show their face for their irresponsibility by not taking into account the appointments that are made.

The aesthetics are good, however they do not respect the appointments they make, I took my dogs at 11 and when I took them the girl told me that it might take a while because the person who cut the hair had not yet arrived, (as if we already had the appointment scheduled days before), I was calling several times and sending messages since I did not expect them to take so long and I had things to do, they answered me and told me that it would take longer because "there was a problem with the hose" and they were late. The point is that it took 5 hours to deliver two small dogs to me simply because they did not know how to organize themselves and did not respect people's time, I wasted the whole morning waiting for them to tell me to pick them up and they told me until 4 o'clock the afternoon. I understand that by scheduling more appointments they have more profits, but if they don't respect time and don't know how to organize, it won't work for them, no matter how many promotions they manage. It is more efficient to schedule an appointment, dedicate all the time to one dog and have excellent service, than to make many appointments and give lousy service.
