Como estudiante, es un lugar bastante comodo y muy acesible, sin alguien que vigile tu entrada o salida. El dueño (Sr. Gabriel) es muy amable y atento, además que el precio es barato a comparación de otros lugares. Yo me mudé dos meses con mi esposa e hijo por cuestiones de trabajo, no tuve problemas con las instalaciones. Algunos puntos a mejorar son la cocina, ya que otros vecinos son algo descuidados y no limpian el lugar cuando lo usan.
Without a doubt, a good place to live if your intention is to spend a few months in León. As a student, it is a very comfortable and accessible place, without someone to watch your entrance or exit. The owner (Mr. Gabriel) is very friendly and attentive, and the price is cheap compared to other places. I moved two months with my wife and son for work reasons, I had no problems with the facilities. Some points to improve are the kitchen, since other neighbors are somewhat careless and do not clean the place when they use it.
