★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su portal es un fraude, prometían entrega en 15 días y llevan más de seis meses sin entregar!!! No contestan mis correos y su teléfono de atención a clientes nunca es contestado. Parece que es la norma ya que toda la retroalimentación de clientes se queja de mala calidad de los productos y deshonestidad en cuanto a la promesa de tiempos de entrega. Lamentable!!!!!
 Its portal is a fraud, they promised delivery in 15 days and have not delivered for more than six months! They don't answer my emails and their customer service phone number is never answered. It seems to be the norm since all customer feedback complains about poor product quality and dishonesty regarding the promise of delivery times. Regrettable!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy esperando un pedido de 4 sillas que hice el 27 de febrero , cuando en la pagina indicaban que se entregarían en 2 meses. No contestan a las llamadas telefónicas y no hay información por parte de la empresa en cuanto a la fecha de entrega. Si no me envían el pedido regresenme el dinero. Es muy mal servicio, una vez que se hace el pago se desentienden de los clientes.
I am waiting for an order for 4 chairs that I made on February 27, when they indicated on the page that they would be delivered in 2 months. They do not answer phone calls and there is no information from the company regarding the delivery date. If you do not send the request, send me the money back. It is very bad service, once the payment is made, they are not interested in the clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo 3 meses esperando recibir mi pedido, no tengo ninguna informacion sobre ustedes, no puedo contactar por el telefono que ofrecen ni por ningun otro medio he obtenido respuesta... sus redes sociales ya no existen. Es un fraude esta empresa, me sorprende porque al parecer en otros paises estan operando bien pero en México es el peor servicio que he recibido, por empresas como ustedes se genera desconfiaza para otras empresas de internet que si estan haciendo bien las cosas. Quiero que me entreguen o que me devuelvan mi dinero. Ya vi que no soy la unica persona con este problema
I have been waiting for 3 months to receive my order, I have no information about you, I can not contact you by the phone they offer or by any other means I have received an answer ... your social networks no longer exist. This company is a fraud, it surprises me because apparently in other countries they are operating well but in Mexico it is the worst service I have received, for companies like you, distrust is generated for other Internet companies that if they are doing things well. I want to be handed over or my money back. I already saw that I am not the only person with this problem
