★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy mala para ser un lugar tan pequeño. Se tardan muchísimo en atender y pareciera que no hay organización. Los sabores son incipidos y la comida fría.
El café si es muy bueno pero igual se tardan mucho en servir un americano.
Si quieres un vaso con agua te dicen que no tienen, que venden solo botellas de agua.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nueva administración, tienen servicio de buffet desayuno los sábados y carta en comida y cena. El sazón es bueno. Algunas fallas en el servicio pero buena actitud.
New management have buffet breakfast service on Saturdays and letter lunch and dinner. The seasoning is good. Some faults in the service but good attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho en volver a rellenar el servicio del buffet! Solo hay 1 sanitario para damas. Al momento de tardar en rellenar la comida está fría! Pides hot cakes y te traen lo que ellos quieren! De menos! Pero en general es bueno! Si tienes paciencia!

Uno entiende que, debido a la pandemia, los negocios, de todos los giros, han sufrido mucho, sin embargo, por la misma razón, muchos se han fortalecido y han mejorado su atención y servicio, tal vez reduciendo productos, se entiende porque no se pueden abastecer completamente. Lo mismo en el caso del personal, se multiplican las labores y se carga más el trabajo, con tal de seguir adelante. Yo realmente los invito a reorganizar su negocio, la experiencia de hoy fue pésima, el mesero muy estresado y un poco grosero, lo entiendo, la comida fría y mala, pero Muy mala. El café frío.
Sugiero que:
1. Hagan una nueva carta con menos platillos y con paquete.
2. Capaciten a su personal, esto es básico, nos gusta que nos den buena atención, al momento de sentarse, ofrecer café, sugiero que tengan jarras y las dejen en la mesa, así no se pierde tiempo, un carrito con el servicio listo. Lo que hicieron hoy fue que, "limpiaron", muy mal, la mesa, 5 minutos para tomar la orden, primero llegaron los platillos, después el café y por último los cubiertos, pan y servilletas, osea, todo al revés y de malas.
Esta reseña no la hago con dolo sino, con la intención de que puedan mejorar, les deseo lo mejor.
Cuenta con amplio estacionamiento.

I really invite you to reorganize your business, today's experience was terrible, the waiter was very stressed and a little rude, I understand, the food was cold and bad, but very bad. Cold coffee.
I suggest that:
1. Make a new menu with fewer dishes and a package.
2. Train your staff, this is basic, we like them to give us good attention, when sitting down, offering coffee, I suggest they have jugs and leave them on the table, so no time is wasted, a cart with ready service . What they did today was that they "cleaned", very badly, the table, 5 minutes to take the order, first the dishes arrived, then the coffee and finally the cutlery, bread and napkins, I mean, everything backwards and bad .
