★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un pedido con ellos, el cual jamás llegó y cuando les marque para que me pudieran dar razón del pedido, el que atendió la llamada de muy mala gana buscó al repartidor y me salió con que “el repartidor llevaba ya varios minutos esperando afuera” cuando yo ya llevaba media hora esperando en la parte de abajo de mi edificio. Le pedí que resolviera él asunto ya que ya llevaba más de una hora que se había generado el pedido y ni señas del repartidor. Me dijo que hablaría con el, me colgó y jamás me regresó la llamada y ahora que intento ponerme en contacto con el restaurante, ya no me contestan. PÉSIMO SERVICIO, ahórrense el coraje y no pidan comida con ellos!!!
I made an order with them, which never arrived and when I dialed them so they could give me the reason for the request, the one who answered the call very reluctantly looked for the delivery guy and it came out to me that "the delivery guy had been waiting outside for several minutes" when I had been waiting for half an hour at the bottom of my building. I asked him to solve the issue since it had been more than an hour that the order had been generated and no sign of the delivery man. He told me he would talk to him, he hung up on me and he never returned the call and now that I try to contact the restaurant, they do not answer me anymore. HARD SERVICE, save your courage and do not ask for food with them !!!
