★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamás volveré a utilizar este servicio. El operador nefasto. Se pagó por ticket casi $1,400.00 México-Reynosa. Cada viajero tiene derecho a un miserable lunch, y el operador se subió a quitarnos hasta el agua; a nosotros y a otros pasajeros.
Que vergüenza!
No recomiendo estos servicios en FUTURA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto viaje este lunes de Guadalajara a México en camión número 6806 de disque lujo se poncho la llanta no traía refacción , se salió de la autopista mis llevó a sanjysn de los lagos consiguió llanta lisa , los choferes muy groseros decían no era su responsabilidad , con la llanta lisa tomo carretera libre a león que porque ahí iba ser el trasbordo exponiéndonos y en la central solo te dicen queda reportado pero no dan solución es un peligro viajar jamás lo vuelvo hacer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dan audífonos y como no llevaba, pues no pude escuchar nada. El baño no tenia agua en el lavabo, no te podías lavar las manos. La unidad estaba sucia.
They don't give hearing aids and since I wasn't wearing, I couldn't hear anything. The bathroom had no water in the sink, you couldn't wash your hands. The unit was dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio,normalmente veo los precios en línea de otras líneas de autobuses y los precios son los establecidos,pero fui al futura según porque tenía buen precio y llegó ala central y era mucho más caro,a la unidad no le servían las televisiones,los baños eran un asco,no le servicio el clima y para terminar...venía "rancheando",si paro 10 veces fuera de base fueron pocas...pero lo bueno es que no me vuelve a pasar.
