Terrible service, the bus leaves me for 5 min but yes, they are delayed for 1 h at other departures

A service that becomes more expensive every day, they no longer deliver courtesy drinks and whatever an executive takes, and to end up in the waiting room they don't let you consume your food, lousy service.

The truth is I regret having bought tickets to travel on this bus line, the air vents did not work, the screen did not work, the seats of the couple in front hit my knees, the bathroom was poor and last but not least, I chose because it said Puebla - GDL but it did not specify that it had stopovers which left me very unhappy since it had more than three stops and arrived 2 hours later than established.

It is a terrible service since they never answer the local phone, the 800 is always busy, their page is not updated with schedules and departures, at the window they also do not know return departure times, the quality of their buses, unpunctuality, the air conditioning does not work of the buses, lousy in all its splendor zero recommendable.

Futura was never the best line to travel, I hadn't used it for two years. But this time I traveled to Puerto Vallarta and I was surprised by how bad it was: they no longer give water or cookies (according to the pandemic, which makes no sense because all the food they gave was packaged), they also don't give headphones (at the box office they tell you that in the bus and in the bus that at the ticket office, all the claims are taken by the poor driver). The ticket offices sell direct tickets but in reality they make at least 3 more stops, I emphasize, without warning when buying the ticket. They also change the itinerary suddenly. We knew it would be a long trip, they told us 12 hours but we did 16 one way and 18 back. The bathrooms are super dirty, the screens are falling ... The truth is, terrible service. The bad thing is that they are the only ones who travel to the Bajío !!

Terrible service, arrivals are not announced, you have to be asking the other passengers. We had a serious incident on the road (Guadalajara to Guayabitos), the driver did not warn us that we were in danger, when we arrived at the station he saw the window, and only said: ah, this is the window that they broke? I will not take this bus line again and I do not recommend it to anyone.
