Las peores experiencias siempre han sido con esta empresa. No te venden el boleto si es de paso el autobús, y al final salen con que "ya pasó el autobús pero no se le dió salida por el retraso" de lo peoooor!?

Para empezar el chófer muy grosero diciéndome de mal modo que llegué tarde y que tenía mucho tiempo esperándome cuando abordé con tiempo de sobra. El camión apestoso, sucio, con toda la basura que dejaron los pasajeros que descendieron. Horrible servicio. En la vida vuelvo a viajar en su línea.

Viajar con olor a aguas negras en un servicio SELEC es lo más nefasto y la actitud de wl chefer al comentarle peor!

Mi salida era alas 4:pm hoy 26/12/2021 komo compre viaje redondo de San Luis Potosí a Morelia y hoy mi salida de Morelia a san Luis Potosí..en taquilla anahuac donde me indico la srita Marisol robledo kn quien hice la compra el 21-12-2021 me dijeron que no había registro de mi número de folio para mi boleto ya pagado a San Luis Potosí...me apena decirlo pero que abusiva

Pesimo servicio, la mayoria de las veces llegan tarde ! Y nisiquiera tienen una persona que este pendiente para darte informes o no te avisan cuanto tiempo van retrasados

Subirse a un Futura "Selec" y viajar col olor a aguas negras No es nada agradable solo por compromisos de trabajo lo tendré que aguantar, le comente al CHOFER y se super molesto el cierra la puerta y agusto, todos los demás a aguantar!!! Mal muy Mal! de SELEC solo las letras por que servicio con esto para mi es de TERCERA!

los operadores no son muy cordiales ay mucho despotismo y me cambiaron mi maleta los maleteros , me dieron la maleta equibovada en un viaje que hice a San Luis Potosí y al reportarlo nadie de ninguna central ni Saltillo, Querétaro, Michoacán incluso Méxicos tubo la delicadeza de siquiera preguntar mi nombre ni en donde se perdió .ni en atención a clientes pudieron hacer nada ,nadie alzó un teléfono para preguntar el nombre y número de autobus para indagar que paso con dicha maleta . que pena que no se tomen la molestia de nada . para mi es una mala linea de transporte que no da ninguna garantía ,tanto de limpieza , amabilidad ni mucho menos seguridad
