★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno pensaría que por el precio del boleto se brindaría un servicio de mejor calidad. Tomé un autobús que va de Irapuato directo a Cuernavaca. No limpiaron la basura que dejó la gente que lo utilizó previamente. El camión apesta a orines, lo que me hace pensar que tampoco lo limpiaron, no me quiero ni asomar al baño. Y la pantalla del asiento que compré no funciona. Muy muy mal mantenimiento a sus unidades. Encima te dan un lunch con productos que ya caducaron!
 One would think that the price of the ticket would provide a better quality service. I took a bus that goes from Irapuato direct to Cuernavaca. They did not clean the trash left by the people who used it previously. The truck stinks of urine, which makes me think that they did not clean it either, I do not even want to go to the bathroom. And the seat screen that I bought does not work. Very very bad maintenance to their units. Above you get a lunch with products that have already expired!
