★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un autobus pollero, haciendo muchas paradas, los choferes muy poco profesionales en su trabajo, no se respeta asientos, salidas demoradas, si pueden mejor utilicen etn o primera plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entiendo que cuando agarras un autobús que es de "paso" llegan a tener retrasos en su hora de salida establecida, pero en esta ocasión el autobús futura (11565 si no mal recuerdo) de Querétaro hacia Puebla que salía a las 10:35 am termino llegando a la terminal de Qro. a las 11:55am, pero dejando de lado el retraso, lo que más me causó incomodidad en lo personal, es que en la SECCIÓN D no anuncian las salidas ni hay alguna pantalla que este diciendo que autobuses están de salida y su destino. Y otra queja es que ya dentro del autobús sus asientos están super deteriorados en el cual me toco un resorte salido que me estuvo lastimando todo el viaje y la pantalla de mi asiento no encendía (asiento #24). Definitivamente prefiero los autobuses de primera plus, lástima que esos no hiban a puebla. Hay muchas oportunidades de mejora, ojalá le den mantenimiento los de futura a sus vehículos.

I definitely prefer the first plus buses, a pity that those did not go to Puebla. There are many opportunities for improvement, hopefully they will give future maintenance to their vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una estafa, compré un boleto y ahora salen que no es válido, a parte de que no llegan a la hora, tampoco esperan al cliente ni siquiera unos minutos, sin reembolso ni cambio. Viajen por otro medio, agendas tiempo para ver a tu familia y esta línea desperdicia tu tiempo y tu dinero.
A scam, I bought a ticket and now they come out that it is not valid, apart from the fact that they do not arrive on time, they do not wait for the client even a few minutes, without refund or change. Travel by other means, schedule time to see your family and this line wastes your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No viajen con ellos, siempre hay retrasos en sus viajes de hasta 4 h, nunca llegan a tiempo, en vez de hacer rutas directas hacen rutas súper largas y andan rancheando por medio país. Las peores experiencias viajando han sido con ellos. Les vale madre el tiempo de la gente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. Desde el inicio, al llegar por primera vez a Qro, te reciben de mala manera, muy groseros. Además, pocas unidades, algunas con estado regular, no salen a la hora que estipulan por mas premium que sea tu boleto y no se respetan lugares. Para nada recomendable.
Lamentablemente, no ha servicio de Primera Plus a mi destino y tuve que tomar esta línea pero procuraré ya no más utilizarla

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos boletos en categoría "Select" pero la verdad no importa mucho, en la central de queretaro no hay un control, vienen de rápido y se van, no está claro el número que te dicen, te puede tocar cualquiera de estrella blanca, y tienes que estar preguntando y sobrevienen por eso muy probable te toque cualquiera. La verdad un señor nos ayudo a subirnos a este camión de una baja calidad pero no vuelvo a viajar con estrella blanca, pésima logística

Chingo de gente preguntando por sus salidas, aquí parados espere y espere. Varios preguntando al controlador para que los cambien de corrida. Pocas unidades disponibles. La oficina de informes toda saturada de gente cansada que ya se quiere ir... Mal. Mal. Tomen Primera Plus. No pierdan su tiempo. Valórense. Primera y última vez con esta línea de mi*rda. :)
