Terrible service, they make you wait too long to sell you a ticket, the workers on their roll don't even peel you if you need anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio salí de Santa Martha con destino a Oaxaca salí alas 12 de la noche y se descompuso el autobús pasando Puebla eso fue como alas 230 de la mañana y fueron a recogernos alas 10 de la mañana. Pésimo servicio
Very bad service I left Santa Martha bound for Oaxaca I left at 12 at night and the bus broke down passing Puebla that was like at 230 in the morning and they came to pick us up at 10 in the morning. Terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la salida desde sta. Martha Acatitla en boleto programada a las 11 :00 HRS. Y llega la unidad hasta las 11:40 va haciendo muchas paradas...no lo recomiendo volver a viajar...
Terrible service the exit from sta. Martha Acatitla in ticket scheduled at 11:00 HRS. And the unit arrives until 11:40, making many stops... I don't recommend traveling again...
