★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. Venden boletos de mas con a siento y al final te vas parado porque ese asiento ya va ocupado. En la carretera hace muchas paradas a recoger mas gente. A pesar de que estamos en pandemia el camion va a reventar. Por hacer paradas contantemente tarda mas del tiempo pronosticado en llegar al destino

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomé el bus desde Oaxaca hasta Puebla porque me costaba la mitad que ADO y hubo varías cosas que no me gustaron:
- Uno deja su equipaje en la guardería y no sabe con seguridad si lo cargaron en bodega.
- Durante el trayecto va haciendo paradas y sube gente que tiene que ir de pie porque al parecer venden más boletos que plazas tiene el bus.
- Bus viejo, sin aire, asientos regulares, los frenos echaban humo en algunos tramos.
- Iba muy lento, tardamos casi 8 horas desde Oaxaca hasta Puebla de las 6 previstas. Había tramos sin tráfico en los que miré el GPS y la media era de 70km/h
- No avisan de las paradas, tuve que preguntar a los viajeros si era el destino final en Puebla. Además te dejan en mitad de la nada, en una gasolinera en la carretera hacia CDMX. En Oaxaca me dijeron que llegaría a la terminal de Fypsa en Puebla y no fue así.
I took the bus from Oaxaca to Puebla because it cost me half as much as ADO and there were several things that I did not like:
- You leave your luggage in the nursery and you do not know for sure if it was loaded into the hold.
- During the journey people are making stops and have to stand up because apparently they sell more tickets than seats on the bus.
- Old bus, no air, regular seats, the brakes fumed in some sections.
- It was very slow, it took us almost 8 hours from Oaxaca to Puebla of the 6 scheduled. There were sections without traffic in which I looked at the GPS and the average was 70km / h
- They do not warn of the stops, I had to ask the travelers if it was the final destination in Puebla. They also leave you in the middle of nowhere, at a gas station on the road to CDMX. In Oaxaca they told me that I would arrive at the Fypsa terminal in Puebla and it was not like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay acceso a boletos con descuento, eso es bueno . Estudiantes personas de tercera edad. El detalle que cobran demasiado por equipaje. Ni siquiera por exceso, sino por llevar artículos. Sale más caro el cobro que te hacen que el propio pasaje.
There is access to discount tickets, that's good. Senior students. The detail that they charge too much for luggage. Not even for excess, but for carrying items. The charge they make to you is more expensive than the ticket itself.
