El día que fui llegó un señor y le dijo que había perdido su nota pero que el conocía su bici que había dejado una semana antes (solo para una reparación mínima), el que atiende le dijo que si se acordaba pero que sino llevaba su nota se tendría que esperar otros dos días para que le diera tiempo de buscar la copia que él tenía porque en ese momento tenía mucho trabajo, pero el único cliente que tenía era yo, cuando el señor se fue se puso a ver videos en la computadora y a jugar el celular. Y luego llegaron otras personas y por ponerle las llantas de apoyo a una bici quería que la dejara una semana. La verdad un pésimo lugar. Llevé la bicicleta una revisión y 4 días después tuve que ir a la sucursal a preguntar qué había pasado con mi bicicleta porque nadie contestaba los dos teléfonos que vienen en el folio que entregan. Para mi sorpresa, no tenían idea de cuál era mi bici y resulta que 2 días antes el único mecánico que tienen, había renunciado, entonces no tenían idea de qué les faltaba o qué pasada con cada bici, un completo desorden. El encargado o dueño me atendió diciéndome que dejara la bici y que se comprometía a entregarla lo antes posible y que el mismo me llamaría. Dos días después llamé muchas veces y nadie me contestó, llegó al local y sólo me comentan: No tengo la pieza, si quieres llévate la bici. Una semana completa perdida por su incompetencia. La llevé a otro taller y sin cambiar ninguna pieza y por un precio mucho más bajo me repararon la bicicleta en 1 hora. A whole week wasted because of your incompetence. I took it to another workshop and without changing any parts and for a much lower price they repaired my bike in 1 hour.
