Lo cambié para el 2021 y por cuestiones fuera de mi control no pude salir del país para asistir al viajé, les comente esto tres meses antes del evento y me dijeron que mi única opción era traspasar el viaje o perder mi dinero. Asi que perdí 10,000 pesos. Tengan cuidado no obtienen ningún tipo de seguridad o respaldo con esta empresa y son completamente inflexibles.
 I paid for a trip in 2020 that was canceled due to the pandemic, they offered me a refund or to attend in 2021. I changed it for 2021 and due to issues beyond my control I could not leave the country to attend the trip, I told you these three months before the event and they told me that my only option was to transfer the trip or lose my money. So I lost 10,000 pesos. Be careful you don't get any kind of security or endorsement with this company and they are completely inflexible.
