★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto a el reclutamiento y el plan que te literalmente venden de como es está bien, pero neta si piensas trabajar en esta empresa no te conviene más que como trabajo temporal ya que nunca tienen personal suficiente para cubrir todos los servicios y ahí andan pidiéndote quedarte obligatoriamente horas extras que ni contemplabas y te pagan una miseria por ellas o incluso hay veces que ni te las pagan, y ni se diga en equipamiento porque las botas y el uniforme si de un día para otro pero pídeles tu fornitura y nunca te la dan lo mismo con los cubrebocas chafas que te dan, si se rompe y hasta un supervisor y el comandante le toman foto diciendo reponerlo para el siguiente día... Ese día nunca llega.
Aparte los de r.h hasta para darte tu finiquito que te dijeron el día anterior que para mañana ya lo tenías en tus manos, cuando vas al siguiente día se tardan 5 horas para entregártelo siendo que solo en papeleo y la entrega se deben tardar menos de 20 minutos
