★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, los pacientes van directo del hospital a que los atiendan y ahí hacen caso omiso. Y en ocasiones hasta mal tomados los estudios. Deberían de poner más atención en los detalles

Deberian contratar a una persona que tenga conocimiento sobre la atención al cliente, ya que los pacientes son los que pagan por sus estudios y minimo merecen una atención digna por parte del personal.
Esta situación solo demerita el trabajo de los médicos .
Terrible treatment by the secretary, arrogant, rude and haughty.
They should hire a person who has knowledge about customer service, since patients are the ones who pay for their studies and at least they deserve dignified attention from the staff.
This situation only detracts from the work of the doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La secretaria es de lo más prepotente, no tiene educación para atender a los pacientes. En verdad que prefiero ir a otro lugar solo por no salir regañada por la secretaría
The secretary is the most arrogant, she has no education to attend to patients. Actually, I'd rather go somewhere else just so I don't get scolded by the secretary.
