Me parece lamentable que una empresa de este tipo ande evadiendo impuestos. They delivered the requested piece of furniture to me, but they did not issue me an invoice, their online system did not work and in the store they asked me to write to a WhatsApp line where they never paid attention to my request. Y eso no es lo peor se equivocaron en el pedido, pedimos una cama con cabecera en color café y mandaron la cama en color gris ??‍♀️, o sea no vieron algo extraño en eso? Para colmo me dicen que tardan 13 días más para decirme si tienen en existencia y después agendan para la entrega. Cuándo piensan entregar bien? Después de un año de la compra? Se deslindan de cualquier cosa que no tenga que ver con la tienda (devoluciones, entregas, recolectas) siempre buscan culpara a un tercero. De las peores experiencias de compra que he tenido. No los recomiendo ni tantito.
