S	Sandra Guerra Molina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compre unas sillas de dos colores, después me hablaron para decirme que ya solo eran blancas que las grises no las tenían, después tenían que llegar como fecha máxima el 30 de diciembre de 2021 hoy es fecha que no llegan y nadie avisa nada tuve yo que ir a la tienda y me dicen que es problema de estafeta y de la dirección, cuando muchas otras compras de otros lugares llegan al domicilio dado, se cambió el domicilio y aún así volvieron a decir que el domicilio no es correcto, al final ni resuelven ni llega mi compra, NO COMPREN AQUÍ NO ENTREGAN LA MERCANCÍA domicil Terrible service, I bought some two-colored chairs, then they called me to tell me that they were only white and that the gray ones did not have them, then they had to arrive as a maximum date of December 30, 2021, today is the date that they do not arrive and nobody warns anything I had to go to the store and they tell me that it is a problem with the courier and the address, when many other purchases from other places arrive at the given address, the address was changed and even so they said again that the address is not correct, final neither solve nor arrive my purchase, DO NOT BUY HERE THEY DO NOT DELIVER THE MERCHANDISE address

Te engañan en todo momento desde los vendedores de la tienda de Puerto Cancun, los chóferes de reparto y la atención a clientes del corporativo. NO COMPRE TIRARÁ SU DINERO. Nunca nos llegó lo que compramos y no devuelven el dinero que pagamos. No pierda su tiempo y dinero. Un horror de tienda. Terrible service from this store. They deceive you at all times from the sellers of the Puerto Cancun store, the delivery drivers and the corporate customer service. DO NOT BUY IT WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY. We never received what we bought and they do not return the money we paid. Don't waste your time and money. A horrible store.

Hace un par de años compré una sala que esperé 3 meses hasta que me dijeron que ni la tenían en existencia. Ahora nuevamente compré 2 bases de cama que nunca llegaron y jamás tuvieron la delicadeza de informar sino hasta que me comuniqué y me dijeron que no las tienen existencia. Ahora estoy rogando mi reembolso del que ya me dieron 3 fechas y no sucede. No compren aquí pues básicamente usan tu dinero y no entregan nada. This is the second time I have tried to make a purchase at this furniture store. A couple of years ago I bought a room that I waited 3 months until they told me they didn't even have it in stock. Now again I bought 2 bed bases that never arrived and they never had the delicacy to inform me until I contacted me and they told me that they do not exist. Now I am begging for my refund of which I have already been given 3 dates and it does not happen. Do not buy here because they basically use your money and do not deliver anything.

El problema fueron los cojines, me mandaron 6 cojines iguales cuando yo había pedido 4 y 2 modelos distintos (además me mandaron el modelo de cojín más económico). Pedí me cambiaran los cojines y me dijeron que ok, que mandarían a paquetería a recoger los 4 cojines y traerme los 4 nuevos. Al final vinieron por los 4 cojines y solo me trajeron 1 cojín a cambio. Qué estupidez!!! Me dijeron que tenía que pagar una diferencia y que me abonarían un monedero para volver a comprar lo cojines que yo quería. A la fecha sigo sin recibir el dinero de monedero y me quedé con 3 cojines en vez de 6. Ya envié varios correos y nadie responde. Pésimo servicio, no recomiendo comprar el línea. Sigo sin recibir mi reembolso. Sin unos rateros! I bought a room and 6 cushions. The room arrived on time and perfect. The problem was the cushions, they sent me 6 identical cushions when I had asked for 4 and 2 different models (they also sent me the cheapest cushion model). I asked to change the cushions and they told me ok, they would send the parcel to collect the 4 cushions and bring me the 4 new ones. In the end they came for the 4 cushions and they only brought me 1 cushion in exchange. What a stupid thing!!! They told me that I had to pay a difference and that they would pay me a purse to buy back the cushions that I wanted. To date I still do not receive the money from the purse and I kept 3 cushions instead of 6. I've already sent several emails and no one responds. Terrible service, I do not recommend buying the line. I still haven't received my refund. Without thieves!
