I placed my order online and they canceled it because, according to what I was doing, I was committing fraud just for paying with a digital card and they have not refunded me.

Llamamos para pedirlas y quien nos atendió dijo nos las enviaban... ¡en tres días! Pedimos hablar con la gerente y tampoco nos dio una solución. Optamos por devolverlo, pero no les importó mucho perder una venta. Muy atentos y amables a la hora de vender, pero si reclamas que tu producto no llegó completo, ya no tienen la misma actitud cordial. Mal servicio y mala experiencia. We bought a two-piece room. It arrived on the appointed day, but it was missing three legs. We called to ask for them and whoever attended us said they would send them to us ... in three days! We asked to speak to the manager and she didn't give us a solution either. We opted to return it, but they didn't much care to lose a sale. Very attentive and friendly when it comes to selling, but if you claim that your product did not arrive complete, they no longer have the same cordial attitude. Bad service and bad experience.

Aunque no lo parezca, los recomiendo :) (Como la foto se debía ver, tristemente el mío es una estructura diferente, pero bueno, "arreglado") I bought my dining room and a sofa bed, they attended very well, very attentive, only I returned because my table did not fit well, they gave me a number to send photos, I did it and I am still waiting for an answer, I solved it with 2 screws, but out of that ... El único problema fue que los tuve que armar, pero en general el armado fue sencillo. Buena relación precio, calidad y atención. I loved the support I received at the store. La tienda es muy pequeña, debe de ser una quinta parte del tamaño de la sucursal de la colonia Roma. The staff is very friendly, very attentive and they help a lot to solve doubts and with the search of the furniture. The store is very small, it must be a fifth the size of the Roma branch.
