More than a month ago I bought a desk, they delivered it almost two weeks later (a little later than what they promised but nothing happens) when I arrived I realized that the screws were missing so I could not assemble it, I contacted directly with the branch (where when I bought the desk they were super kind and told me that I could check anything with them) and they attended me in a super bloody way, giving me a waiting time for the screws of another week, when I told them to They made me wait an exaggerated time, they answer me that if I want they can take even longer. I was super disappointed in the attention of the guy who answered me, but I accepted. A few days after the week I contacted me again to know the status of the shipment and they ignored me, by call they did not solve anything. Days later I contacted me again and they replied that they are no longer responsible because they have already requested the shipment to continue communicating to the customer service number (in which they do not solve anything either). More than a month after the purchase, they have not had any attention or action to solve a logistics problem and as a customer I still cannot use my desk, which I bought there because the seller promised me a waiting time of one week. Terrible I do not recommend it, neither in materials, nor in experience in general.

The furniture has a modern and attractive appearance, although when you check it in person it does not look very good quality, at least before buying online I recommend going to check the quality of its products in store

Anyway, if you want to have the courage of your lives, go and buy from this pseudo store furniture store full of people who have zero commitment to their customers.
