★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo para nada, se ve muy bonito el lugar pero no es nada confiable, hice un pedido y no llegó el día que me dijeron, hablé unos días después y me dijeron que nadie sabe donde está mi pedido y nadie se hace responsable de los problemas. Pésima empresa
I do not recommend it at all, the place looks very nice but it is not reliable at all, I made an order and the day they told me did not arrive, I spoke a few days later and they told me that nobody knows where my order is and nobody is responsible for problems. Lousy company

Y además si hay disponibilidad te lo llevas en el momento.
I like to buy there since the staff advise me and you can pay there without having to do it online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the sofa, but horrible customer service. The sofa arrived weeks late from the date promised. No one ever contacted me to explain why. Since I don’t speak Spanish I had a friend contact the store. I was never offered any compensation for my inconvenience. I will never shop at Gaia again, nor will I recommend them to others.
