★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. El día 12 de septiembre acudí a la tienda para comprar un escritorio. El que quería, no lo pude comprar porque no era para entrega inmediata. Entonces, un vendedor me apoyó a comprar uno en línea. Llegó 5 días después de la compra.
Lo abro y al intentar armarlo, no venía el instructivo, me comunico y me piden que lea el instructivo, les vuelvo a decir que no hay instructivo, me lo mandan por pdf.
Leo el instructivo y hacen falta tornillos y piezas para su armado. Me vuelvo a comunicar por WhatsApp.
Me mandan correo diciendo que no existen piezas.
Lo que era para entrega inmediata, se volvió un verdadero dolor de cabeza.
Terrible service. On September 12, I went to the store to buy a desk. The one I wanted, I couldn't buy it because it wasn't for immediate delivery. So a seller supported me to buy one online. It arrived 5 days after purchase.
I open it and when trying to put it together, the instructions did not come, I communicate and they ask me to read the instructions, I tell them again that there is no instructions, they send it to me by pdf.
I read the instructions and screws and parts are needed to assemble it. I am communicating again on WhatsApp.
They mail me saying there are no parts.
What was for immediate delivery, it became a real headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les sugiero que no compren en esta tienda , te venden con la promesa de entregarte y tardan meses , tengo 4 meses esperando mis sillas y me salen con la tontería que faltan dos meses más , es una burla , si no tienen producción que es si excusa , para que siguen ofertando los muebles , lo único que hacen es jinetear el dinero , por que claro uno si paga y puede pasar medio año sin tener el mueble.
I suggest you do not buy in this store, they sell you with the promise of delivery and it takes months, I have been waiting for my chairs for 4 months and they come up with the nonsense that there are two more months to go, it is a joke, if they do not have production, that is no excuse , so that they continue offering the furniture, the only thing they do is juggle the money, because of course one pays and can spend half a year without having the furniture.
