Do not buy there, they are scammers, they gave me a horrible sofa and I have been waiting for 3 weeks for them to come and pick it up, they say they go and no one ever arrives, nor do I want to think about how long I will have my refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RECOMIENDO COMPRAR MUEBLES AQUÍ, si se quieren evitar problemas, eviten comprar en Gaia. Pésimo servicio al cliente, tengo 4 meses esperando la entrega de una sala y cada que comprometen una fecha de entrega, no avisan el estatus y yo tengo que buscarlos para que me digan que de nuevo no llegó y que siguen sin fecha de entrega.
Increíble que tengan en línea productos que no pueden entregar.
GAIA URGE QUE RESUELVAN MI ENTREGA!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FURNITURE HERE, if you want to avoid problems, avoid buying in Gaia. Terrible customer service, I have been waiting for the delivery of a room for 4 months and every time they commit a delivery date, they do not notify the status and I have to look for them to tell me that it has not arrived again and that they still have no delivery date.
Unbelievable that they have products online that they can't deliver.

La atención en tienda fue buena, compre comedor con 4 sillas, la fecha de entrega propuesta fue en tiempo y forma 4 días hábiles, el comedor llego sin daños, en relación a la factura llame a centro de atención y se resolvió el mismo día, volvería a comprar en esta tienda. Me parece han mejorado mucho la logistica. Hay que mencionar cuando se hacen bien las cosas, esperando no baje su calidad.
