★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a sofa and it took 2 months to schedule a delivery, on the day of delivery called to confirm, they changed the delivery time to another week, never told me anything horrible experience, then they missed the delivery again, the sofa that eventually arrived was the wrong color !

Service aside, the furniture is hip and of good quality, perfect for a cool location. I would highly recommend Gaia.

I ordered a bed to be delivered today. Received an email saying it was going to be delivered, today. Instead I get no call and no message, and my husband calls them. Turns out they won’t be delivering it today. Maybe tomorrow, or could be the end of the week. We wasted an entire day waiting for them to arrive, only to have to call them to find out what is going on. We’ve ordered several pieces from them, and now I fear we may never get them, or will be too long before we do. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. Gaia asked me for a photo of a passport to verify a credit card, when I did not send it (for obvious privacy reasons), they cancelled my order. This was over a week ago and they still have not reimbursed my money. Interesting that they have to "protect cards" by asking for personal information, but have no issue with taking the money from that same card anyway - just without delivering the goods. AWFUL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un mes que quedaron en entregarme... y semana tras semana lo único que saben decir es "la próxima semana" ???
I ordered from them late November and they said the latest delivery date was late Jan. It's been 3 weeks since and they're still telling me to "call back next week". ??? Save your breath and buy somewhere else.

Your stuff will NEVER arrive on time and most assuredly it will not all arrive—they will call you an hour before it’s supposed to arrive to tell you that something isn’t there or that you have to choose another item which will take another two to three months. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They don’t answer in Customer Service and will apologize a million times without doing ANYTHING to solve the problem. It’s better to find furniture in the trash!
