★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si bien los muebles son mediana calidad , y los costos son justos, y curiosamente siempre los ando recomendando con los conocidos, hoy los calificare pésimo, les hice un pedido importante de como 15 muebles y supuestamente hoy me entregaban muebles y 1 , el pedido lo hice en Santa Fe y les di las direcciones , y se equivocaron y no me entregaron mis muebles y me urgían, llame a la línea de atención a clientes y literal me dieron el avión no le dieron seguimiento a mi queja y ni me entregaron y ni me llamaron y les valió !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Primero entregaron mal el pedido, volvieron a dejar lo que si pedí y dejaron piezas de sillas ( asientos y patas) que no corresponden. He pedido que lo recojan múltiples veces y nada!!! El peor servicio al cliente en todas las sucursales

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primera compra en línea con Gaia y definitivamente la única. Pésimo servicio debido a la terrible logística de producción y entrega. Mi entrega estaba programada para una fecha muy muy posterior a la compra, y aún así me la vuelven a aplazar.
First online purchase with Gaia and definitely the only one. Terrible service due to terrible production and delivery logistics. My delivery was scheduled for a date long after the purchase, yet it is still being postponed again.
