Had a great massage here this evening with Elena. I have no idea why another reviewer said there was no privacy-- that's completely wrong-- I had my own private massage room with candles, aromatherapy, soft music etc. Everything was great, first class and totally relaxing. Elena is an expert masseuse, she does an amazing job. I chose between a 50-min and 80-min massage and decided to go with 80-min as the price was a great value. The location of the spa right in the Hilton is very convenient and the spa is accessible to hotel guests and non-guests. I'm not staying at the Hilton but visiting Gaia was super easy as you can park in the Hilton garage and Gaia validates your ticket. I highly recommend Gaia. Great massages in Guadalajara!

I’ve never written a review before, but my nails look so bad that I need to save someone else from going here. Since this was inside a Hilton and I had read good reviews about it, I decided to give it a try. My manicure, pedicure, facial, and massage were all done by the same employee. The facial and massage were good, but the manicure and pedicure were not the best. I’ll leave you a photo so you can see for yourself - the white polish is still on there and the cleaner polish has already come off and it hasn’t even been 24 hours. At first the employee told me they didn’t remove gel polish (I took that as a warning sign) but then an older employee had to tell her how, then they proceeded to charge me and additional $200 pesos at the end just for removing the polish. Additionally, the amenities were also incredibly underwhelming - my spa room was literally a room in the woman’s bathroom, and the salon is right across the gym hotel. I decided I didn’t want to be weird or make a scene there so I just paid the $2250 pesos they charged and left a $310 peso tip just because the employee was sweet and held good conversation (she’s the only reason I’m even leaving a star lol). Please avoid the trouble and support a local business instead - I feel like this must be my karma for going to a spa inside of a corporate institution rather than a Mexican small business lol…
