★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de entrega, un mueble que pague de contado tardaron casi dos meses cuando en el documento eran 30 días y luego al querer cancelar te tratan mal y te dicen que se penaliza y que me dan la mitad del dinero, no lo recomiendo, que bueno que solo compre ese mueble y no más ya que estoy amueblando una casa y hay mejores opciónes como Mueblería Standard, Liverpool o hasta Coppel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio, se tardan una eternidad en entregarte los muebles ya sea de contado o a crédito ,llamas y solo se disculpan de que la mercancía no sea entregada , si leen ésto, lean los demás comentarios para que vean que no soy el único al que le han quedado mal, nunca compren en esa muebleria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llegamos y nadie nos atendió. Estuvimos un rato solos viendo los muebles y todas las vendedoras haciendose pato. Cuando fuimos a hablar con una, se paró y se fué hablando, nos dejó a media oración. Nos fuimos después de esto. Increíble tener que perseguir a los vendedores en una tienda.
Terrible service. We arrived and nobody attended us. We were alone for a while looking at the furniture and all the vendors making themselves duck. When we went to talk to one, she stood up and started talking, leaving us in the middle of a sentence. We left after this. Unbelievable having to chase down salespeople in a store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, compramos el comedor el mes de Octubre se tardaron en entregar, luego nos llega en muy malas condiciones la cubierta y dos sillas quebradas. Se llevaron las sillas en Diciembre y es fecha que no nos entregan las sillas excusando y pidiendo disculpas. Para todas las personas que vean está opinión, no compren en esta mueblería y los que tienen mala experiencia como nosotros les aconsejamos que vayan a Profeco y denuncien así como nosotros. Porque no se vale que no te den solución a una mercancía que no está económica para variar y todo lo que te hacen pasar como cliente. A ver si está opinión no me la borran nuevamente. No vale la pena, muy mal el material para el precio que lo venden.

When I bought furniture from here they said they’ll deliver in 1 week but after a week they didn’t call us and changed date
Even they changed delivering date they kept delaying
I won’t recommend to anyone to buy from here
