They do not meet delivery times, or in cash payments. They keep saying that the order is already in Torreón and nothing else does not arrive.

Clean with gel and sanitizing mat. All employees wear face covers. Very good that the distance to pay is marked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente. Pedí una estufa con campana el 17 de Julio y no me han entregado, ah, eso sí, me hicieron el cargo el mismo día. He tenido que estar llamando y rastreando mi pedido. Me han traído en llamadas a Torreón y a mi matriz de Chihuahua y se han estado echando la bolita de que la tienen aquí o allá y nadie me resuelve. Solo una vez me devolvieron la llamada diciendo que ya me entregaban mi pedido en 3 días, eso fue hace 6 días y nada, volví a llamar y no me han regresado la llamada. Pésima atención al cliente. Que horror, no compren por favor.
Terrible customer service. I asked for a stove with a hood on July 17th and they haven't delivered it to me, oh yes, I was charged the same day. I've had to be calling and tracking my order. They have brought me in calls to Torreón and to my headquarters in Chihuahua and they have been throwing the ball that they have it here or there and nobody solves me. Only once did they call me back saying that they already delivered my order in 3 days, that was 6 days ago and nothing, I called again and they have not returned my call. Terrible customer service. What a horror, do not buy please.
