Al momento de quererlo devolver (el mismo dia) nos dijeron que nos harian un cargo del 20%, a pesar de que nosotros lo habiamos recogido y devuelto y que ademas SOLO nos podian devolver el dinero en una cuenta bancaria y que duraria varios dias y por supuesto que no la traiamos (y que tal que no hubieramos tenido cuenta bancaria?). Tienen mucha burocracia en casi todo, como los otros reviews lo mencionan.
