O	Oscar Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue buena la atención en esta sucursal, lo único que no me gusto fue el plazo tan largo que dan para entregar muebles, cuando otros lugares dan alrededor de 1 semana maximo ellos dan 30 dias para entregarte asi que siento que es mucho tiempo de espera por un mueble que quiza necesitas pronto The service in this branch was good, the only thing I did not like was the long time they give to deliver furniture, when other places give about 1 week maximum they give 30 days to deliver so I feel that it is a long time to wait for a piece of furniture that you may need soon

Hemos comprado 2 salas, 1 recámara. La recámara anterior se compró en otra mueblería y se empezó a despegar unas piezas de la vista. L	Leopoldo Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho cuidado, compre un comedor, en primera lo pague y tardaron 3 meses en entregarlo, cuando lo entregaron venía en colores bien diferentes al que uno ve en la mueblería y la página e incluso con acabados son diferentes y malisimos a comparación de los que uno ve, llegaron dañadas 2 sillas y una quebrada, nunca me hicieron el cambio, nunca contestan, se echan la culpa uno a otro, pides reembolso y no hay la posibilidad o dicen que se van a tardar otros 3 meses o más en regresar el dinero, muebles de mala calidad, la pésima atención y para terminar mi mala experiencia me dijeron que un día iban a dejarlo yo pedí el día para recibirlo y nunca llegaron y bien fácil para ellos no nos dió tiempo mañana vamos, primera y última vez. La vendedora y su superior quedaron muy formalmente de regalarme una llamada el lunes pasado pero ni si quiera eso pueden hacer. Aunque no este listo el sillon hay tecnicas para la satisfaccion del cliente, una atencion, una disculpa, una llamada, una respuesta en buen tono ni siquiera eso pueden hacer, que lastima de negocios en una ciudad tan importante como Monterrey. H	Héctor Aguilar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los muebles se pagan de contado pero te los entregan en un plazo de 4 semanas (supuestamente). A mi me los tardaron casi 2 meses. Y para colmo me entregaron muebles muy maltratados. Pedí un comedor y los repartidores solo me desempaquetaron la mesa para armarla. Las sillas las dejaron envueltas en plástico, y cuando yo las abrí me llevé la sorpresa que venían muy maltratadas por el mal empaque que les pusieron. Venían amarradas con cordones que estaban demasiado apretados y eso dañó las sillas. Aparte también estaban raspadas. No los recomiendo para nada. The furniture is paid for in cash but they are delivered to you within 4 weeks (supposedly). It took me almost 2 months. And to top it all, they gave me very battered furniture. I asked for a dining room and the delivery men just unpacked the table for me to put it together. The chairs were left wrapped in plastic, and when I opened them I was surprised that they were very battered by the bad packaging they put on them. They came tied with cords that were too tight and that damaged the chairs. Besides they were also scraped. I do not recommend them at all.

(Muchos nos quejamos de lo mismo) Creo que la calificación de una estrella es mucho para lo que se merece esta empresa. Varios de aqui tenemos la misma queja, te piden pagar y no te entregan lo que compraste. Pésima experiencia. No compren aquí es una estafa total!!! Horrible!!! Really do not buy there, badly do not check the ratings before buying. (Many of us complain about the same) I think a one star rating is way too much for this company. Several here have the same complaint, they ask you to pay and they don't give you what you bought. Terrible experience. Don't buy here it's a total scam!!!

Lo que más destaca es el pésimo servicio, los muebles son de muy mala calidad, unas sillas que compre no estaban acolchonados y se sentían los clavos, se tardaron 12 meses en entregarme mis muebles y Por si fuera poco son extremadamente groseros con el cliente, el gerente nunca se presentó y mucho menos resolvió el problema, ya que naturalmente después de un año solicité mi rembolso!
