La alberca, es pequeña pero ideal para descansar, climatizada. Small but very charming Boutique hotel in Guadalajara ... Excellent service from all the staff, full of small details in each area ... The pool is small but ideal for resting, heated.

Los espacios cada uno con su encanto y llenos de arte local. Recomiendo que lo elijan. Muchísimas gracias, seguramente regresaremos. Beautiful new place, excellent attention from Daniela and everyone in general. Clean and lighted. The heated pool and the fire pit at night. The spaces each with its own charm and full of local art. I recommend that you choose it. Thank you very much, we will surely return.

Acabados modernos bien cuidados que contrastan con elementos clásicos como la bañera y el mismo edificio. The suite with balcony overlooking the street is a dream, one feels in Europe. Well-kept modern finishes that contrast with classic elements such as the bathtub and the building itself.
A	ALINA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me quedé en el hotel pero tuve un day pass para festejar mi cumpleaños con 3 de mis mujeres más queridas, hace 9 días. Para organizarme hablé con Leonardo quien fue super amable. El día del pase nos atendió David quien fue un amor y estuvo siempre pendiente de todos los detalles y nos atendió súper bien. Las 4 tuvimos masajes, las masajistas también fueron un encanto y los masajes estuvieron buenazos.El day pass te da acceso a su patio, balcón y alberca, además te dejan usar uno de sus hermosas (pequeñas) habitaciones para usarlo para cambiarte y bañarte. Tienes servicio directo al restaurante, las bebidas están buenísimas ?. Solo pedimos dos platillos para botanear y la verdad no nos encantaron, pero eso problema del restaurante. El hotel es una belleza. I didn't stay at the hotel but I had a day pass to celebrate my birthday with 3 of my most beloved women, 9 days ago. To organize myself I spoke with Leonardo who was super nice. On the day of the screening, David attended us, who was a love and was always aware of all the details and took great care of us. All 4 of us had massages, the masseurs were also a charm and the massages were good.The day pass gives you access to their patio, balcony and pool, they also let you use one of their beautiful (small) rooms to use it to change and bathe. You have direct service to the restaurant, the drinks are delicious ?. We only ordered two dishes for snacking and we really didn't love them, but that's the restaurant's problem. The hotel is a beauty.

A big thank you to all the staff and especially David and Lissi who did everything they could to make my stay pleasurable. I don't speak Spanish and was new to GDL - so it was their extra support and answers to my questions that really made my stay enjoyable! Staying in this hotel is also a visual treat - great artwork and design ( :
B	Barry Shaeffer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the Gala Hotel for a couple's weekend. It is a charming and romantic setting. The hotel is tastefully decorated and had a lot of thoughtful details. To note, the service from the front desk staff was responsive and very helpful. They were the highlight of our stay. The hotel is in a great location as well with many good restaurants and other things to do close by. The reason for the two star rating was the continuous noise and music from the restaurant that shares the other half of this building with the hotel. Starting at 8:30am electronic music starts at a pretty loud volume and it doesn't stop until 12pm when the restaurant closes. If you don't mind a background of bass thumping all day every day then this is a great boutique hotel. If you have any expectations for peace and quiet in your room or anywhere else in the hotel at any point in the day or night, then you should stay elsewhere.
