★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daría zero estrellas si se pudiera pagas algo al contado y no te lo entregan te traen a puras vueltas y excusas que no lo an mandado o ya no esta en existencia tengo mas de un año exigiendo me dinero por una recámara que pague $13,000 pesos ni recámara ni dinero me quieren dar pésimo servicio al cliente aléjense de este lugar si no quieren ser estafados !!!!!????
I would give zero stars if you could pay something in cash and they do not deliver it to you they bring you back and forth and excuses that they have not sent or it is no longer in existence I have more than a year demanding money for a bedroom that pays $ 13,000 pesos or bedroom nor money they want to give me lousy customer service stay away from this place if you don't want to be scammed !!!!! ????

1) no me la pudieron llevar a chihuahua, yo tuve que ir por ella a Cuauhtémoc
2) cuando llegue por ella, la bodega estaba cerrada y yo avisé que iba en camino, nunca me comentaron de los horarios
3) no me entregaron la tornillería del mueble. Tuve que conseguirlo por fuera
Lastima, de “Gala” no tiene nada.
Terrible service, I bought a bunk a week ago.
1) they couldn't take her to Chihuahua, I had to go to Cuauhtémoc for her
2) when I got there, the winery was closed and I told me that I was on my way, they never told me about the schedules
3) I was not given the furniture hardware. I had to get it on the outside
Too bad, "Gala" has nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal, no cumplen al 100% lo que dicen... Nosotros pagamos casi en su totalidad un juego de sala desde el 23 de nov 2020 y es esta fecha 21 de enero 2021 y no ha llegado.. Y si pide uno su dinero todavía se dan el lujo de penalizar y devolverlo cuando ellos quieran..
Personally, they do not comply 100% with what they say ... We paid almost entirely for a room game from Nov 23, 2020 and it is this date January 21, 2021 and it has not arrived .. And if you ask for one, your money still have the luxury of penalizing and returning it whenever they want.
