★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malisimo no se los recomiendo compre una cocina desde noviembre con fecha de instalación en diciembre2019. Hoy 30 /03/2020es fecha que no an podido terminar de instalarla. Vean otras opciones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio se tardaron 2 meses en entregar y cuando la entregan trae detalle la sala hablo inmediatamente y me dise qe pasan en dos semanas a checarla la verdad no lo veo gusto pero no perniren hablar con un gerente ni nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A finales de noviembre compre una sala de contado. Nunca me mencionaron en la compra que sería a un mes de entrega. Está fue para mí una molestia por qué la vendedora jamás me refirió esa situación en las visitas que hize a la tienda para elegir una sala a mi gusto. Dos menciono un regalo por la compra de la sala. Un juego de vasos que jamás recibí y hablé para informarlo. Y tres y la peor que la sala venía con defecto la cual se reportó desde que la trajeron a los que entregaron dándome la opción de llevársela o dejarla y después me la cambiaban. Cómo ya la habían bajado opte por la segunda opción. Pasó una semana y para finalizar diciembre nunca me hablaron. Marco yo y pregunto había el reporte de mi sala defectuosa pq siempre aclare que pague el precio exigido por algo nuevo no defectuoso. Y me responden que si que espere la llamada pq me la cambiarían. Jajaja está por terminar febrero 2021 y nunca hablaron dando a entender el pésimo servicio que ofrece. La compré en la sucursal ubicada en HEB de Pablo Livas. En Guadalupe... Tengan cuidado clientes no sea que les pase lo mismo pagar por una sala defectuosa??
