★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, al tener un contrato firmado me salieron con requisitos pendientes que no se mencionaron al momento de la firma. Cancele el contrato y no me querían reembolsar si no cobrar por la cancelación. Al final duraron casi un mes y medio para reembolsar la cantidad.
Y un pésimo trato por los vendedores
 Bad service, having a signed contract left me with pending requirements that were not mentioned at the time of signing. Cancel the contract and they did not want to reimburse me if I did not charge for the cancellation. In the end they lasted almost a month and a half to reimburse the amount.
And a lousy deal by sellers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente por parte de las vendedoras del mall y en cuestión de cambios no lo quieren hacer y en entregas también tardan demasiado.
Terrible customer service from the mall saleswomen and in a matter of changes they do not want to do it and in deliveries they also take too long.

-Los artículos te los entregan dañados
-Tardar meses en entregar dicho articulo y cuando solicitas devolución, simplemente te la niegan.
Nada recomendable comprar en estas mueblerias.
Terrible service and attention from the saleswomen and manager of the Monclova and Paseo Monclova branch.
-The items are delivered to you damaged
-Taking months to deliver said item and when you request a refund, they simply deny it.
Nothing advisable to buy in these furniture stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me dijeron que mi sala llegaba en un mes, pasaron 3 meses y nada, pedí la devolución de mi dinero y después de un mes y medio por fin hoy me lo entregaron. Las vendedoras tienen muy mala atención al cliente y la Gerente dice que nunca esta para no atender.
Terrible service, they told me that my room would arrive in a month, 3 months passed and nothing, I asked for my money back and after a month and a half they finally gave it to me today. The saleswomen have very bad customer service and the Manager says that she is never there to not serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio compré una recámara llegó en mal estado y para el cambio fue muy tardado te dicen un día y hora de entrega y nunca llegan muy decepcionada de la tienda me gustan sus muebles pero el servicio de verdad muy malo
Very bad service, I bought a bedroom, it arrived in poor condition and for the change it was very late, they tell you a day and time of delivery and they never arrive very disappointed in the store I like their furniture but the service is really very bad

Too bad I've already been waiting for a dining room for a month and every time I talk they give me another week….. I can't believe they don't have any in their warehouses….
