Friendly treatment of the staff. The bad thing is when you want to talk on the phone there they never answer

Openly and without exaggeration, the worst furniture store in Chihuahua. To cut a long story short, a dining room was purchased in November, which was never available or in stock for 3 months. Still it was charged. 4 months later, in March they offered us another table, but of course there was a difference to pay. The worst mistake in life. The furniture store had to come 4 times, with 4 different tables, as they all had some detail. If it wasn't a good bit beaten up, it was one with a broken leg, or a crooked one, or one with faulty parts. All this had to be resolved by going to the furniture store several times in person because they never answer by phone. The point of the matter is that, if they have a little common sense, they will listen to my story and will never even consider this furniture store again in their life. Unless they like being treated badly and they like bad quality.

The staff is friendly and attentive to customers. The quality of the furniture is poor, the prices are high compared to the products offered. I do not recommend buying here.
