Le estaba "llevando" un juicio a mi papá para reconocimiento de antigüedad para poder jubilarse, y le estuvo cobrando gastos de representación y viáticos (más de 50 mil pesos) y su asunto no tenía actualizaciones. Cuando lo confrontamos al respecto, nos entregó un supuesto número de juicio quesque en la junta federal en Durango, y fuimos y no existía. Después nos dijo que era en Saltillo, y fuimos, y tampoco exitía. NO INTERPUSO LA DEMANDA, ni siquiera sabía en dónde debía presentarse y solamente estuvo cobrando y esperando que pasara el tiempo para que precluyera el término y le dieran para atrás.
Terrible service. He was "prosecuting" my dad for recognition of seniority in order to retire, and he was charging him representation and travel expenses (more than 50 thousand pesos) and his case had no updates. When we confronted him about it, he gave us a so-called quesque trial number at the federal board in Durango, and we went and it didn't exist. Later he told us that it was in Saltillo, and we went, and it didn't work either. He did not file the lawsuit, he did not even know where he should appear and he was only charging and waiting for the time to pass for the term to expire and they would give him back.
