Here you get the combination of experiences from the two owner chefs, one trained in Paris, and the other in Tokyo, this with the combined local flavors creates an unforgettable experience. There is nothing like this is the south of the city. Be sure to try the "Trust your Chef", this is where the cooks prepare a dish on the spot just for you, not to be repeated. The coffee is for real, with smooth flavor, not burnt like so many places do now. The breads and pastries are baked fresh each day, French and Mexican varieties, and the guayaba desert is to die for.

On the part of the food they have something good, but to tell the truth in the service not entirely good. Before I continue to clarify something, un terms of the username that I have, we are all free to put the name we want, if it affects you in that, anyway. As another point to address, it is not very pleasant to see how they treat a staff who says they are new working in their place, the truth is, I do not know if they are managers or in charge of how they treat those who are occupying a workplace, notice of how they get along whit other workers and seeing how they boy who is in the box told him in a not so good way about how he did his work, knowing that he is someone new and has to be attached. Their attitude is very bab, that's why my rating because it is not fair to me that they do that with their staff, discriminate against one and get along whit others.

The barista Andrea makes an unmissable coffee, the food, the atmosphere and the service they gave me, exceptional. I will definitely visit it when I return to Mexico. I highly recommend the "Galatea" sandwich.
