★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar bastante tranquilo para vivir, alejado del ruido de la cuidad, cuenta con mercado en ciertos días de la semana y con tiendas de conveniencia así como mini-super. Sin embargo las áreas de juegos para niños están bastante descuidadas por la constructora y no se ha construido el acceso al libramiento que la constructora promete, lo cual alarga los tiempos de traslado unos 10-15 minutos diariamente. Se necesitan más líneas de transporte público por lo que la zona es las conveniente para habitantes que cuenten con auto propio.
A fairly quiet place to live, away from the noise of the city, it has a market on certain days of the week and convenience stores as well as mini-supermarkets. However, the playgrounds for children are quite neglected by the construction company and the access to the bypass that the construction company promises has not been built, which lengthens transfer times by 10-15 minutes daily. More public transport lines are needed so the area is convenient for residents who have their own car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento de interés social bastante aislado de las vías de comunicación. Actualmente lo siguen ampliando (me supongo que con falsas promesas). Se ve muy lejos el día que quede en forma empezando por el alumbrado público, existente pero descompuesto. Sólo en temporada de promoción, la constructora le da una manita de gato para captar incautos.
It is a subdivision of social interest quite isolated from the roads. They are currently expanding it (I guess with false promises). It is seen very far the day that is in shape starting with the public lighting, existing but broken. Only in promotional season, the construction company gives you a cat's hand to attract the unwary.
