★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para comprar, te dan las cosas de exhibición, no te las dan nuevas o empacadas, y además de que no hacen cambios ni devoluciones, pero no te lo dicen hasta que vas a reclamar.
Compré un colash de cuadros y me empacaron un cuadro estrellado de una esquina que colgado no se veía, jamas pense que me darian en de exhibición y por estar en otras compras en la misma cuadra no me di cuenta que me empacaron el de exhibición, al ir a reclamar me dijeron que debí checarlo que era mi responsabilidad y que ellos no hacían cambios ni devoluciones, y al preguntar por el dueño lo esconden diciendo que nunca esta en Guadalajara, que anda de viaje.
La verdad que coraje por que soy consciente de que no lo dañe yo, y que los precios no están como para no hacerse responsables. Por este tipo de negocios es por lo que la gente ya no consume al comercio local.
Otros lugares tiene 100 por ciento de satisfacción al cliente.
 Terrible place to buy, they give you the display stuff, they don't give them new or packed, and besides that they don't make changes or returns, but they don't tell you until you go to claim.
I bought a colash of paintings and they packed me a starry painting in a corner that you could not see hanging, I never thought they would give me an exhibition and because I was in other purchases on the same block, I did not realize that they packed the exhibition one for me. Going to claim they told me that I should have checked that it was my responsibility and that they did not make changes or refunds, and when asking about the owner they hide it saying that he is never in Guadalajara, that he is traveling.
The truth is that courage because I am aware that I did not harm it, and that the prices are not there to not be responsible. It is because of this type of business that people no longer consume local businesses.
Other places have 100 percent customer satisfaction.
