★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualmente hay que realizar una cita para ser atendido. Debido a eso, los tiempos de espera son reducidos y hay poca gente. La atención que brinda el personal del INE, en especial para resolver dudas, es muy buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que te da el módulo de INE es de lo peor y son gente muy cerrada y te ponen demasiados peros para confirmar si eres tú. Té dicen que necesitas una identificación pero si apenas vas a tramitar tu INE ¿de dónde sacarás una identificación?
Además, la para hacer trámites no especifica nada de esto y es muy anticuada.
Les sugiero que busquen otro lugar o de lo contrario, se preparen bien y que todo la documentación lleve fotografía.
The service that the INE module gives you is the worst and they are very closed people and they put too many buts to confirm if it is you. They tell you that you need an ID but if you are just going to process your INE, where will you get an ID?
Also, the paperwork does not specify any of this and is very outdated.
I suggest that you look for another place or else, prepare well and that all documentation includes a photograph.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola buenos días, pues la razón de mi visita a este lugar fue para recoger mi credencial de elector ya que aquí se encuentran las oficinas del INE, de hecho si gustan aquí pueden venir a tramitar la también y es rápido siempre y cuando cuentes con todas tus documentos, te atienden con mucho gustó Al Menos ese fue mi caso, pero también ay muchas cosas por comprar en este lugar, como zapatos, bolsas de mano y muchas cosas más, te lo recomiendo, no te arrepentirás Bay!?✌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me sorprendió la velocidad con la que nos atendieron, son super eficientes y amables, cometí un error, no lleve mi acta de nacimiento y ellos me orientaron comentándole que era probable que estuviese en sistema, me pasaron a atención y vieron que si estaba, así que realice el trámite sin ningún problema, la ubicación es sobre la calle principal, es fácil llegar, aunque no cuentan con estaciónamiento, encontre lugar muy cerca de ahí, mis felicitaciones para este lugar. Recomiendo que vayan a ese módulo en vez de los de Metepec o Toluca, tienen menor flujo de personas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviamente tienes que hacer cita en la página del INE, pero todo el proceso es super rápido una vez que llegas con tu cita y los papeles que piden. Si te falta alguna impresión, ahí mismo dentro de la plaza, al lado del módulo del INE hay un puesto de dulces que tiene internet e impresiones.

If you are missing any impression, right there inside the square, next to the INE module there is a candy stand that has internet and impressions.
