★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se augura un fracaso, quedará como una plaza más de solamente comercio local y eso está bien pero lo malo será que se irán a enclaustrar a un rincón literalmente a dónde no los ven (se irán a esconder), no inviertan ni pierdan su dinero ahí amigos emprendedores cuiden su patrimonio, no se le ve redituable, no habrá cine ni algo que convenza a la gente de ir a ese rincón.
A failure is predicted, it will remain as one more square of only local commerce and that is fine but the bad thing will be that they will go to cloister themselves in a corner literally where they cannot be seen (they will go to hide), do not invest or lose your money there enterprising friends take care of your heritage, it does not look profitable, there will be no cinema or something that convinces people to go to that corner.
