★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el lugar perfecto para comprar una nieve con las 3"B's" bueno, bonito y barato, limpio, te atienden bien, agradable, bien servido, rico, es mi heladería preferida pq sus nieves no me causan agruras. La recomiendo al 100%!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los productos eran de excelente calidad, sin embargo han ido mermando el sabor y la calidad de los ingrediente, el más claro de los ejemplos es que al producto que uno desee ordenar la nuez que le ofrecen al cliente como ingrediente extra se encuentra en pésimo estado, las paletas de hielo tienen mal aspecto y la atención de las trabajadoras es pésima, ojalá pudiera ponerles más atención y capacitarlas para que sepan darnos un mejor trato a los clientes ya que son irrespetuosas en la forma de contestar, poco serviciales ya que se niegan a despachar algunos productos excusándose de que están muy duros y muy poco amables por mencionar algo, cuando entregan el cambio ni siquiera dirigen la mirada al cliente. Oajala pueda solucionar la atención y la calidad de los productos
The products were of excellent quality, however they have diminished the flavor and quality of the ingredients, the clearest of the examples is that the product that one wishes to order the nut that they offer to the customer as an extra ingredient is in terrible condition , the ice popsicles look bad and the attention of the workers is bad, I wish I could pay more attention and train them so that they know how to give us a better treatment to the clients since they are disrespectful in the way of answering, unhelpful since they refuse to dispatch some products excusing themselves that they are very hard and very unkind to mention something, when they deliver the change they do not even look at the customer. Oajala can solve the attention and quality of the products
