We were involved in a complicated earthquake claim and Manuel Gallardo and his team at "Gallbo" conducted themselves in a very professional manner. We found them to be very knowledgeable, persistent and strategic team players. In our case, after a long drawn out negotiation Manuel strategically brought in a third party to work with us to resolve the stalmate. We had a favorable outcome and would definitely work with him and his team in the event of another unfortunate incident.
