★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio al cliente es inexistente, una vez que ya eres cliente te relegan a un segundo plano, no es posible que en más de 3 llamadas no puedan resolver una simple cuestión, pésimo servicio.
Customer service is non-existent, once you are a customer they relegate you to the background, it is not possible that in more than 3 calls they cannot solve a simple question, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. Generaron una alta expectativa en el proceso de venta, pero una vez que lo logran, cero seguimiento al proceso de instalación y activación del sistema. Firmamos contrato hace 6 meses, hicimos el pago del sistema y es fecha que no lo hemos podido usar, según dijeron quedaría todo en 3 semanas. Me puse en contacto al email de contacto para servicio al cliente y tampoco le dan seguimiento. Muy mal, muy insatisfecha.
Terrible customer service. They generated a high expectation in the sale process, but once they achieve it, zero follow-up to the installation and activation process of the system. We signed a contract 6 months ago, we made the payment of the system and it is the date that we have not been able to use it, as they said it would be all in 3 weeks. I contacted the contact email for customer service and they do not follow up. Very bad, very unsatisfied.
