★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi en todas las sucursales tienen vendedoras con pocas ganas de atender y el servicio en almacén es pésimo, especialmente en Adolf Horn donde te hacen cargar TU mismo el material y no siquiera les importa atender alguna queja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos azulejos pero las personas que atienden son una porquería, no te hacen caso ni siquier te ven a la cara, ni a quien hacersela de pedo, jajaja ellos venden azulejos y punto todo lo demas no importa, asi ez que si lo tuyo es escoger y pedir in consejo, asesoría u opinión a cerca de la instalación, precios color o medidas mejor ve a otro lugar

Very good service in sales, attentive staff. Unfortunately I did not check a mosaic box, and it was broken. I didn't realize it until I opened them, and in the claim process, they didn't accept it.
