Salvo cuando llegue a la bodega, ya se le había avisado al encargado del cambio, y muy amablemente le expliqué y me dijo que el no estaba enterado, le regreso la llamada a la señorita Carolina para que me ayude y de inmediato el señor dice que si... Mi pregunta es por qué un servicio tan efectivo y amable, alguien lo echa a perder por no querer hacer las cosas, el señor ya estaba enterado, pero dijo que no solo por decir, tuve que llamar de nuevo ... Y lo peor es que la empresa fue quien cometió el error, no yo, y hasta les ayude a llevar el material equivocado. Todos muy bien , Salvo ese detalle
