Guillermo es super malo comunicando, no da detalles de nada, hay que irle sacando la información como va sucediendo.
Terrible service, I was 2 weeks in process with them and they always forgot my package. With what they charge they should be more attentive.
Guillermo is super bad at communicating, he does not give details of anything, you have to get the information out as it happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención nunca pudieron resolver el tema de mi importación, tardaron 45 días hasta que mejor les di las gracias contraté otra agencia aduanal y lo que ellos no hicieron en 45 en la.otra me resolvieron en 3 días. Deberian de saber decir que no saben todos los temas de aduanas
Terrible attention they could never resolve the issue of my importation, it took 45 days until I thanked them better, I hired another customs agency and what they did not do in 45 in the other they resolved in 3 days. They should know how to say that they do not know all customs issues
