Solicité servicio simultáneo ya que no tenía tanto tiempo por mi trabajo, (pedí la primera a la que inician labores) llegué super puntual, literal otra chica y yo fuimos las primeras en entrar, pasaron 40 minutos y a las personas que iban llegando les hacían servicio simultáneo y a mi no, cuando le comenté a la señorita lo que sucedía, no me dijo nada, me volteó los ojos y le pidió a alguien que me hiciera mis manos, la manicurista que comenzó a hacerme mi manicura muy amable, sin embargo no le salía la aplicación del producto, me pusieron y quitaron gel 3 veces de mis pulgares, al final quedó con grumos. El gel de mi pedicura quedó transparentoso el color no se veía para nada uniforme, aún cuando en las muestras el color se veía divino. Cuando voy a pagar no me preguntaron nada del servicio, no me dijeron nada, ni una disculpa. Cero recomiendo este lugar. Lastima porqué está muy bonito el salón. Todas las chicas que atienden son muy amables y dejan un trabajo perfecto. Yo soy muy sensible de los pies y son súper cuidadosas. Tienen una amplia variedad de colores y diseños. Y lo mejor de todo, al menos para mi, es que está todo muy limpio y esterilizan el material. También tienen limas de pies de un solo uso. Servicio perfecto y precios asequibles. I explained to them that I was vacationing in Merida and they were nice enough to accommodate me for that same day. The lady who did my nails was fast and did an excellent job.
